Press excerpts

"The action takes place a few months before the end of World War II in a German concentration camp on the territory of Poland: the camp commander demonstrates his ideas of a society without morals, in which conscience is considered a historical obstacle and thus superfluous. He makes use of the play "Oedipus the King" by Sophocles. The tragedy of this classical author, which is based on a myth, is not only to be acted out in the concentration camp, but "lived". The camp commander Kurt, representative of a murderous regime that despises human beings, takes on the role of the gods. A Jewish prisoner, a childhood friend of the commandant, is forced to kill his own father and father a child with his mother."
