#DSTTschenkt / #TGSTdaruieste campaign
In December 2016, the German State Theatre is organizing its second #DSTTschenkt / #TGSTdaruieste campaign, a campaign that aims to promote and reward generosity.
Amongst the featured events are:
Pending Play is an initiative where anybody can pay in advance for a ticket to a show in December of their choosing that anyone else could enjoy. Those that decide to give a ticket will be rewarded by GSTT with a free entrance to the show they've chosen for the give away, as a present. At the GSTT Box Office, throughout December there'll be a pouch from which the free tickets can be taken.
GSTT is awarding volunteering. Thus GSTT will offer free theatre tickets for the December plays to the volunteers awarded During the Youth Projects Gala organized by FITT (The County Foundation for Youth Timis). The Gala will take place on the 14th of December 2016. The categories awarded will be: “Most active volunteer in a youth NGO / initiative group in 2016”, “Most active volunteer in a council of students in 2016” and “Most active in a non-governmental student organization in 2016.”
GSTT is offering joy to children. The German State Theatre is offering free tickets to the show "The Little Prince", based on Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, directed by Peter Kerek, to children from low income families. The show will take place on the 2nd of December. The initiative is organized in collaboration with the “Pieces of Heaven” Association Timisoara.
